◎简　　介

　　天使戴米爾為愛情變成了凡人，與瑪麗亞結婚、生了女兒朵瑞娜、開了一家披薩店與家人過著幸福快樂的日子。                                    
     　另一位與戴米爾一起的天使卡西爾這回與一名女天使拉斐爾一起傾聽人類的心聲。卡西爾覺得人類似乎很少思索到生命的本質，每日忙忙碌碌卻不知真正的目的何在？於是卡西爾漸漸升起了想幫助人類的慾望。                                    
     　卡西爾看見名叫瑞莎的女孩不小心從高樓墜下，卡西爾大叫，就在瞬間卡西爾正巧救了女孩，但也變成了凡人。但上帝送他的一副盔甲很快就被人以障眼法的騙術 騙走，甚至被警察誤為歹徒而抓入看守所，所幸戴米爾來保釋他。卡西爾第一次嚐到人間美食、咖啡、乾爽的衣服，但沒多久又被引誘喝了白蘭地，於是逐漸陷入自 我麻醉的泥淖中，甚至為了喝酒還以槍搶了小商店。                                    
     　卡西爾還記得戰爭時期一名叫安東的小孩隨父親逃到美國，雖然成為走私商人，但還不忘回來找他 失散的姊姊漢娜。卡西爾有心助安東‧貝克爾走回正途，遂藉一次搶劫中認識貝克爾，並在貝克爾被對手帕茲克陷害前救了他。貝克爾為了感激他，遂答應將百分之 五的股權讓給卡西爾，但卡西爾在機場的地下水道中發現貝克爾不只盜拷光碟，甚至走私槍火，於是不接受這份報酬而離去。                                    
     　雖然如此，卡西爾還是引 導照顧漢娜長大的克納德帶著漢娜與女兒瑞莎與貝克爾相認，但也暗中請瑪麗亞與特技團的同事以空中飛人的絕技搬走了藏在地下水道的槍械。卡西爾以為他終於完 成幫助人類的心願，但另一名守護天使卻告訴他，整艘船又被歹徒帕茲克攔劫挾持。心焦如焚的卡西爾趕到船塢，以彈跳的方式像天使般躍下，從容地救了瑞莎，但 卡西爾卻在蠅索上遭受帕茲克以槍擊斃。                                    
     　事實上卡西爾是接到上帝召回天使的旨意，由他的守護天使拉斐爾迎他回去。戴米爾與雜技團的伙伴制伏了帕茲克三名歹徒後，抱著卡西爾的屍體不勝唏噓。雖然貝克爾終於與姐姐漢娜相認，但人類的事情似乎像永遠潺潺而流的河水一樣永不歇止。
